| AD UK Ltd offers a 14 day right-of-return on all its goods. If you are not satisfied with a product, then just ring us up. Goods must be returned to the company unused, securely packed and with the postage paid. Please understand that we are unable to accept unpaid returns without prior agreement. |
| Changes |
| AD UK Ltd retains the right to change products without previous notice, if in our view this is in the interest of improving the product. Prices are also subject to change and are not binding. |
| Conditions of payment |
| The charge for the order is due in full immediately on receipt of the goods and the invoice. Please kindly help our account department by quoting your Invoice and Customer Number when you make your payment. For payments received later than 30 days from the date of invoice, we will levy an 8% surcharge for the sum outstanding and the dispatch of reminders. |

| £ 2,- net: Orders of 25 packs and more are mailed free of charge. |
| Orders |
| Every complete order received in our office before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day unless stocks prevent this. In the case of the goods not reaching you 3 days after your order was placed, please call the office again. Please make use of the Fax and e-mail order facility, as possible errors over the telephone can be avoided this way. Express dispatches and weekend services are available on request and are subject to supplementary charges. |
